Dry Chilly Paneer with tomato Noodles

This recipe came out of my husband's mind. yesterday when I reached home, he wanted to cook something, He told me he will cook chilly paneer. thing came in my mind chilly paneer with gravy, he told me , with no gravy. I also felt , let try this, may be something new will come up. Result was really different version of chilly paneer, so colorful and tasty too. I prepared tomato noodles with that, which also when good. Overall it was a good combination :)

Dry Chilly Paneer


 Ingredients
250 Gm Paneer
1 medium green capsicum
1 medium Red capsicum
1 medium yellow capsicum
5-6 baby corn
2 medium onion
2 red chilly chopped
1 tps soya sauce
2 tps Chilly sauce
1 tps ginger garlic paste
1/2 tps garam masala
1 tps vinegar
2tps oil
Method
  1. Cut all capsicum in equal square pieces
  2. cut onion into 4 pieces and get all layer separate
  3. add oil in a pan, add onion in the pan. cook till onion start changing colour
  4. now add ginger garlic paste and chopped red chilly , saute for 1 minute
  5. now add all capsicum and baby corn
  6. saute for 5 min or till capsicum are half done
  7. cut paneer into large pieces
  8. add paneer in the pan.
  9. now add soya sauce, chilly sauce , salt and saute for 1 minute
  10. let it become crispy .
  11. serve hot with noodles or rice of your rice. I have cooked Tomato noodles with that because chilly paneer has a lot of vegetables:)  
Tomato noodles


Ingredients


250 gm noodles
1 large onion chopped
2 large tomato chopped
1 tps ginger garlic paste
1/2 tps chilly flakes
1 tps soya sauce
1 tps chilly sauce
salt according to taste
2 tps oil
Method
  1. Boil noodles with little oil and salt in the water
  2. now add onion , saute till it will change its colour
  3. when done, add ginger garlic paste,saute for 1 minute
  4. now add chopped tomatoes, cook for 2-3 minutes
  5. add noodles, soya sauce, chilly sauce, chilly flakes, salt
  6. mix well, cook for another 4-5 minutes
  7. serve hot
