Ingredents
1 cup grated cauliflower
1 boiled potato grated
1 cup paneer grated
1 tsp jeera
1 inch ginger grated
2 tbsp kaju chopped
1 tbsp kismis chopped
1/2 tsp each of red chilly pow, amchur,garam masala and salt to taste. For rolling balls, 4 tbsp besan, apinch orange colour, salt and ajwain, mix it.
Oil
Method
- Heat 1 tbsp oil .add jeera,add ginger, saute for 30 sec.
- Add salt and dry masala.
- Add kaju and kismis saute for few sec.
- Add cauliflower cuk for 2 to 3 min.
- Add potatoes mix now add paneer and mix with light hands.
- Make balls with the mixture.
- Roll on besan and deep fry till golden.
- Serve hot with sauce.
