I had some rotis left in my kitchen. So I tried this and its really nice and good change in our regular breakfast
Ingredients
3-4 Rotis
1 onion
1 tomatoes
4-5 garlic chopped
1 green chilly chopped
1/2 tps turmeric
1/2 tps red chilly powder
1/2 tps mustard seeds
1/2 tps cumin seeds
1 tps coriander leaves
8-10 curry leaves
salt according to taste
2 tps oil

Method
- Heat oil in pan. add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves. saute till leaves change its color.
- add onion , garlic and green chilly. saute for 2 minutes.
- divide rotis into 1" uneven pieces.
- mix rotis in the pan.
- add turmeric, salt and red chilly. mix well and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
- garnish with coriander leaves. serve hot.
