Paneer Takatak

250 gm Grated paneer
2 Finely chopped Tomato
2 pinches of ajwain
1 finely chopped onion
1/2 tps of chilli powder
1/4 tps of turmeric powder
1/2 tps of pav bhaji masala
4tps of oil

salt according to taste

chopped coriander


1. Heat the oil in a tava on a high flame. Add the ajwain and cook for a few seconds.

2. Add the onion and fry again for 1/2 minute.

3. Add the tomatoes and fry again for 1 minute.

4 Add the chilli and turmeric powders and the pav bhaji masala and fry for 1 minute.

5. Cook for a few minutes. Add the paneer and salt and cook for a while.

6. Garnish with the chopped coriander and serve hot.
