Corn Salad


Cooking Time : 5 min.

Preparation Time : 10 min.

Serves
: 4

Ingredients

1 cup Fresh or Frozen corn
1 tps of olive oil
1 or 2 tsp( according to your taste) lemon juice
2tsp fresh pepper
1 Tomato chopped
1 Onion chopped
1 tps chopped coriander
Method
1. Cook corn in microwave high for 2 min or boil corns in pressure cooker
2. Add tomato, onion to the corn
3. Now add Olive oil, lemon juice and pepper
4. Serve while it is hot.
