Ingredients
4 Whole Wheat Bread
For topping
1 cup Sooji (semolina)
1 cup curd
1 small capsicum chopped
1 small tomato chopped
1 onion chopped
1 green chilly finely chopped
salt according to taste
1 tps red chilly
Method
- Toast the bread till half done
- in a bowl mix add curd in the sooji
- now add all vegetables in the mixture
- add salt and red chilly according to taste
- take half toasted bread make a layer of topping .
- cook in microwave for 2-3 minute.
- Serve hot with sauce of your choice
Note: if you are making it for your kids, you can add a layer of cheese also
