Bean-Baby Corn salad


Cooking Time : 5 min.

Preparation Time : 10 min.

Serves
: 4

Ingredients

1 cup Sugar
1 cup Cider Vinegar
1 can Kidney Beans (drained)
1-1/2 cup Celery (finely diced)
1 cup Cauliflower Pieces
1/3 cup Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 can of Lima Beans (drained)
1 can Baby Corn (drained)

Method
Combine sugar, vinegar, salt and oil in a pan. Place it on flame.
Bring to boil and turn off the flame.
Add the beans, baby corn, celery and cauliflower.
Place the salad in a container and refrigerate before serving.
