Cashew Rice with Herbs

This is quick rice preparation with flavors of  cashew and herbs





1 1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup cashew
1 medium onion chopped
2 tps olive oil
2 1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tps black pepper
1 tps oregano
salt according to taste

heat oil in a pan. add onion. saute till onion change its color
add cashew in the pan. saute till cashew will turn brown.
add rice and mix well.
add salt, black pepper and oregano.
now add chicken stock.
cook for 15-18 minutes in low flame till rice is cooked.
serve hot
